CORPORATE FINANCE AND TRANSACTION ADVISORY

Advisory from Structure to Exit

Senior-led corporate finance, valuation, and transaction advisory for family offices, investors, and developers across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

A boutique by design.

PaceMakers Business Consultants is a corporate finance and transaction advisory firm serving family offices, investors, and developers across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and worldwide. Founded in 2017 and restructured as a limited liability partnership in 2023, the firm is deliberately small, and structured so that seniority is not a scarce resource on your mandate.

The partner wins the engagement, leads it, and reviews every deliverable personally. Analysts and associates are engaged per engagement, so the work is properly resourced without a permanent pyramid to feed. That is a choice, not a limitation: it lets us take fewer mandates, go deeper on each, and stand behind every number we put in front of a board, a lender, or an investment committee. See how mandates are staffed.

The firm's own record since 2017. The partner's wider career experience is set out separately, in his profile.

WHO WE SERVE

Capital allocators who buy advisory on judgment, not headcount.

Family Offices

Investment structuring, opportunity evaluation, and portfolio-level financial analysis for single-family and multi-family offices in KSA and the GCC.

Investment Offices

Deal-level modeling, valuation, and due diligence support, supplementing in-house teams on selective mandates.

Real Estate Developers

Feasibility, mixed-use modeling, lender-grade financial structuring, and capital-raising support across residential, commercial, and hospitality.

Corporates & Sponsors

M&A, valuation, project finance, and investor documentation for strategic transactions and capital events.

HOW WE WORK

A four-step engagement model, built around clarity.

  1. 01

    Understand

We start by understanding the mandate, the decision it must support, and the audience the output must convince: board, lender, sponsor, or investor.

  2. 02

    Analyse

Commercial diligence, sector benchmarking, and structural review. Numbers don't exist in a vacuum; we make sure the inputs reflect reality.

  3. 03

    Model

Lender-grade construction. Every assumption visible, every output traceable, every line defensible under scrutiny.

  4. 04

    Advise

Recommendations, structuring options, and capital-raising or transaction support, through to close.

PARTNER-LED DELIVERY

Every mandate is partner-led.

At many boutique firms the partner wins the engagement and hands the work to a junior team. PaceMakers is structured the other way. Ahmad Din, the firm's founding partner, wins and leads every mandate, and reviews every deliverable personally before it reaches a client. Analysts and associates are engaged for each engagement as the work requires.

That is the model sophisticated capital allocators expect: senior judgment on every line of the model, every assumption, and every recommendation, with the capacity to resource the work properly.

  • 200+ advisory engagements across his career
  • 200+ business valuations delivered
  • SAR 60B+ real estate NAV modeled
  • SAR 300M+ capital deployed via equity research
  • ACWA Power Central Asia renewables and Saudi Aramco-backed industrial projects

ORIGINATION AND MARKET ACCESS

Reach across the Gulf, delivery in house.

Two long-standing relationships extend PaceMakers' reach across the Gulf. Sky Gulf, headquartered in Al Khobar, originates and refers industrial and project mandates in the Eastern Province. Lynkers, based in Manama and a strategic equity shareholder in the firm, provides Bahrain market access and capital-markets introductions.

Both are referral and market-access relationships. Neither executes mandates: every engagement is delivered by PaceMakers, partner-led.

A good financial model is not just a calculation. It's a communication tool. Every assumption should be visible, every output should be traceable, and the final product should be something you'd be proud to present to a board or an investor committee without reformatting.
