CORPORATE FINANCE AND TRANSACTION ADVISORY

Advisory from Structure to Exit

Senior-led corporate finance, valuation, and transaction advisory for family offices, investors, and developers across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

A boutique by design.

PaceMakers Business Consultants is a corporate finance and transaction advisory firm serving family offices, investors, and developers across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and worldwide. Founded in 2017 and restructured as a limited liability partnership in 2023, the firm is deliberately small, and structured so that seniority is not a scarce resource on your mandate.

The partner wins the engagement, leads it, and reviews every deliverable personally. Analysts and associates are engaged per engagement, so the work is properly resourced without a permanent pyramid to feed. That is a choice, not a limitation: it lets us take fewer mandates, go deeper on each, and stand behind every number we put in front of a board, a lender, or an investment committee.

The firm's own record since 2017. The partner's wider career experience is set out separately, in his profile.

WHAT WE DO

Corporate finance, end to end.

Financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, M&A, project finance, and the investor documentation that closes a transaction. One partner leads every one of them.

WHO WE SERVE

Capital allocators who buy advisory on judgment, not headcount.

Family Offices

Investment structuring, opportunity evaluation, and portfolio-level financial analysis for single-family and multi-family offices in KSA and the GCC.

HOW WE WORK

One model, built with you and live until close.

  1. 01

    Scoped by the partner

The partner who will build the model runs the first conversation. The assumptions argued over at the outset are the ones that end up in it, because nothing is handed to a different team afterwards.

  2. 02

Built with you, not for you

The model is built and revised alongside you as assumptions change, rather than delivered finished. You see it while the numbers are still soft, which is when a wrong premise costs an afternoon instead of a round.

  3. 03

    Every document generated, never rekeyed

The memorandum, the investor deck and the board paper are generated from the approved model. Change one assumption and all three move with it, so the numbers cannot drift apart between the documents a lender reads.

  4. 04

    Live until close

The model stays open through the transaction, updated as diligence findings land and lender terms firm up, through to close. It is a working instrument, not a file delivered on signature.

THE FOUNDING PARTNER

The judgment behind the numbers.

Ahmad Din

Ahmad Din

Founding Partner · ACCA Member (UK) · FMVA® Certified · 12+ Years · KSA, GCC, Pakistan

Ahmad Din has spent more than twelve years in corporate finance and transaction advisory across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and Pakistan. He is an ACCA member (UK) and FMVA certified. The work has been concentrated where the numbers have to survive scrutiny: multi-billion riyal mixed-use developments, project finance for renewable and industrial assets, and the valuations and due diligence that decide whether a buyer proceeds.

What that brings to a mandate is judgment about which assumptions will hold. A model is only as good as the thinking behind its inputs, and knowing which of them survive diligence and which give way under questioning is what separates a defensible number from a plausible one. Where a figure will not hold, you will hear it from him early, while there is still time to change the structure.

The partner's career record, earned across senior roles before and alongside PaceMakers. The firm's own record is the block above.

  • 200+ advisory engagements across his career
  • 200+ business valuations delivered
  • SAR 60B+ real estate NAV modeled for Dallah Investment Holding
  • SAR 300M+ capital deployed via equity research
  • ACWA Power Central Asia renewables and Saudi Aramco-backed industrial projects

Reach across the Gulf, delivery in house.

Two long-standing relationships extend the firm's reach across the Gulf: Sky Gulf in Al Khobar and Lynkers in Manama. Both originate and refer mandates and open local doors. Neither executes them: every engagement is delivered by PaceMakers, partner-led. Meet the network.

A good financial model is not just a calculation. It's a communication tool. Every assumption should be visible, every output should be traceable, and the final product should be something you'd be proud to present to a board or an investor committee without reformatting.
